We are a 35+ Fitness & Wellness club for mature adults.  Our goal is provide our guests, clients and members with a safe, welcoming space to come and find their balance. Whether it’s through working out on their own or with a personal trainer, participating in one of our group fitness classes, or enjoying one of our holistic wellness services, we hope to provide something to help each person meet their personal wellness goals.
 
We took over Avalon Woods on August 15th and are committed to making this place a space for all to enjoy.

Starting October 22nd, 2018 Gad will be adding new classes to the group fitness schedule.  His Wednesday and Friday Strength and Conditioning class will also be held on Monday at noon for 45 mins.  Starting October 23rd, he will be adding a 30 min Tabata class and a 30 minute Butts and Guts class.  Book your spot today.
